Our Policies
Booking Policy
- •Reservations should be confirmed at least 3 days in advance
- •Last-minute bookings under 3 days include a $45 preparation fee
- •A $100 deposit secures your date
- •Remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before the picnic
Travel Policy
- •Complimentary travel within 15 miles of North Austin
- •$2 per mile each way beyond 15 miles
Weather Policy
- •If rain is forecast 24 hours in advance, we will happily reschedule at no extra cost
- •If rain starts during the picnic after setup, the experience will be rescheduled for another day
